- Saturday 28th September: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Admission charges are:
- Thursday 26th September: £2.50
- Friday 27th September; £2.50
- Saturday 28th September: £2.50
CAMRA members are admitted free at all times.
Once in the festival, you will need to purchase or hire a festival glass. These will cost £2 and are refundable if you don‘t wish to keep them. Both pint and half-pint glasses will be available, although only the half-pints will carry this year‘s logo. The pint glasses will have a half-pint line, so if you purchase a pint glass, you are not committed to only drinking pints! Both size glasses will also have a third-pint line. This enables you to try a smaller quantity of a wider range of beers. A third of a pint is also a good measure for the stronger beers.
The nature of the event means that supplies of this year‘s souvenir glasses are limited: if we run out, we may have to use previous year‘s souvenir glasses (or even glasses from other festivals) on Saturday.
We do not sell advanced tickets. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis and, if the hall is full, we will have to operate a system of one-out, one-in. At no stage in 2012 did we need to do this during the festival, but to be absolutely certain you won‘t have to queue, come early or come on Thursday, which we anticipate will be a quieter session.
